We just checked in at three in the morning. The good and bad news from the National.
The kitchen at the Host Hotel burned down, so there is no food here. That is good news, the food here was terrible in the past years. On the other hand, they didn't reduce the cost, so that is the bad news.
The good news is they rebuilt the White Castle. I had two on the way to the room, it is just a few blocks from the Host Hotel. The bad news is they don't know the right pickle balance, so we have to work on that.
I guess I need to check out for the night, there is a dog show tomorrow, or rather, later today.
