Now we go to the dogs. A lot of people think I went to the dogs years ago. I loved the Presentation class. Where else can you see Bono, (looking like a puppy) Allllvaaan, Premium Blend all in the same class.
There go the dogs into the ring, and Jimmy is in first place with the puppy. Carmen goes to the front of the line, over on the other side of the ring. Carmen wants us to applaud, and we should and there they go around and looking great. We sure have a good looking breed. And he stops them in front of us and takes the 6-9 puppy down and back. That pup stands like a champion. Now the 9-12, with Lenny, and he looks awful mature for a puppy, and he is fired up. Now the 12-18, and down and back, with great enthusium. Scott is next with the Novice Dog, and takes him slow, and a picture dog, great outline. He stands him for Carmen to look at. Next with Sean, the Bred By Dog, and Bi, and a good one. Hard for me to see from above, but certainly quality. Now the American Bred Dog, with JR and the crowd likes him, that's In Cahoots. And, the Open dog, Affirmed with Georgie. Georgie is laughing and he takes him down and back. Georgie stands him and goes to stand with the rest. They all stack and Carmen walks over and stats at the front while hs stads back to look at each of them, and moves now down the line and takes a good long look.
He says, take them around, and give me a loose lead, and there goes Jimmy and he lets the pup all the way out, and goes very slow, a great job, but the puppy doesn't help much. There goes Lenny, and he lets the puppy out, but this one behaves better, and hugs the wall, The 12-18 is next and goes a bit faster, and no loose lead. There goes the Novice with Scottie and he slows him down, and Carmen idicates the next one, but he waits for Scott to finish and there goes Jack with the Bi, and the dog is having way too much fun, and not working yet. There goes the American Bred, and that is a popular dog, a real loose lead and a great pass. And then Open with Sean, and not a good pass.He takes the puppy, The American Bred Dog, the Open Dog and and they go around the fist two, Jimmy and JR. Now the next two, and then the last three.
And there they stand. I think Carmen is thinking a bit, and he stands back to look at the first four and now the other three come up, but he has gone to the front already and looks them eaach in the eye, and the crowd loves the American Bred Dog. I know I like him too, and he moves two more up to look them over. Georgie and Scott, and they take a free pass.
And back in line, to reverse and take another pass now with Scott in front and George following.
They are about done, and they are put to the end of the line. And Carmen ays take them around with Jimmy in front with the puppy, and the puppy is still in front. Now they stand in the middle of the ring and Carmen walks slowly around them and behind them, and he likes what he sees. He approacches the puppy and he crowd likes that and he gives them some direction and he puts Scott in front, then Georgie and now Jimmy. A difference from the last time and there they go with Scott in front now, and THAT'S IT!

On to Reserve. I wonder if he will give it to the puppy? It is a great one, but young. If so, Jimmy will own Winner's Dog and Reserve Winner's Dog. We will know in a few minutes. Carmen didn't take long to do thatl. There goes the second Open dog, In Thyme. He takes him down and back. Stands him and sends him to the end of the line. They are still lined up in reverse order.
Carmen looks at the first dog, I think the puppy is now in second, and he tells them to take them around, just the first two.
