Novice Dogs

He lines them up in the center of the ring, going the wrong way for the camera. Maybe Bob Slay knows something I don't. Most people do. Seven in the class.

Bob sends them to the side, and says to take them all together, and Jeff is trying to get his doubler to move.

Bob wants the first dog to go again, this time loose.  And they each get a pass, and now line up. Bob looks them over and moves from front to back.

Tim Brown is talking to me. While I always enjoy him, I have to admit, I like talking to his wife just a little better. She is ignoring me this show, due to showing dogs. That's my story and I am sticking to it.  When he settles in, he is terrific.

Now the Exxon dog with Mike.  I was amazed they would drive with nine dogs. Now I am starting to consider the cost of showing that many dogs. I may have to consider showing at a National some day again. But, only one dog.

My great computer erased what I wrote, it was pithy and profound. But he has Kent in front, then Liv and Mike as he lines them up on the other side.  This is new and he backs up to our side and looks them over.  Bob just told me the dog with Kent was his Winner's Dog in Canada. That is Can You Stop The Rain, and is a crowd favorite.

He takes them down and back and moves Jeff to number four, putting Mike Best Of Dump.  I think that is how it is going to be.  Kent's dog is a good one, but he moves Liv in front with Dust Bowl.   I am right again.

First is Marquis' Can You Stop The Rain V KIenlyn, Second is Timberline's Dust Bowl Dance, Third is Bergeralemind Catch Me If U Can, and fourth is Ross' High Five.

Bob is happy,so the announcer's table won't have more of his grousing. He can be such a pain to spend time with.  I just put up with him.
